Creating a community within an Exhibition Arena using Bluetooth
Aug 30, 2009

Virtual Bluetooth is based on Bluetooth technology. We deploy a grid of Bluetooth transmitting Access Points across the Exhibition Arena. At the time of registration to the exhibition the participant will be given his ID code to switch on this Bluetooth in his mobile phone and download our Virus-Safe Exhibition Guide Application. The application will be available to support Java, Brew, Black Berry and I-phone range of cell phones. With the ID code and Guide profiles the participants creates a recommended Exhibitors list and Contacts list he should visit or connect with during the Show. Participants decide the best list as per his/her choice and initiates his interest via the Exhibition Guide Application.

Know ‘who’ is on the ‘where’ in Exhibition Area in real time

Both the participants and the Exhibitors can view, based on their profile interest the potential customers or buyers and confirm a meeting at either end. As the Participants visit exhibitors they can easily exchange their interest and information through our guide Application.

Also Exhibition Organisers can get a real time view of “who” is on the Exhibition floor or in your Seminar sessions.  The data can be used for analysis, audit reporting, or reporting on hosted buyer programs.
